Active Secret Clearance Required
The IT Management Analyst will primarily be responsible for technical writing and scribing at various meetings. The candidate will support project-planning activities across multiple task areas within the client’s Program Management Office (PMO). The candidate will work closely with our client’s Program Manager and government leads to support project scheduling, project planning and monitoring activities, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and other related project management activities.
Required Experience
Assisting with business analysis activities in support of varying tasks within the PMO
Proficient in meeting facilitation
Supporting the development of associated meeting materials such as meeting agenda, briefings, meeting minutes, and tracking meeting attendees and actions.
Possesses excellent written communication skill, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
Assisting with monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress, milestones and deliverables using Microsoft Project.
Applying analytical skills and knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC), Agile Methodology, and requirements management to facilitate stakeholder meetings and support business analysis activities
Assisting in the development of high quality PMO artifacts such as high-level business and functional requirements documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Epic Diagrams, User Stories, Business Process workflows, big picture diagrams, gap analysis documents, power point briefings, organization assessment reports, status reports and other artifacts as required.
Participating in the establishment of continuous improvement process, procedures, and documentation

Required Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience (Technical Writing)
5-7 years Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA in Information Systems, Business, or other technology-related discipline)
Must have an Active Secret Clearance
Analyzes IT systems functionality and integration with management, processes, structure, culture, and performance
Conducts organizational analysis using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of the client’s IT systems relative to overall program goals.
Identifies sources of automation issues, make recommendations, including designing and implementing appropriate IT system and improvements
